		<description><![CDATA[Whilst SharePoint 2010 is more intuitive than previous versions, mainly due to emulating the Office 2010 interface, it is still a new environment that users need to get comfortable with. In many cases how we expect users to transition users across to SharePoint is not considered and typically (because it is an IT managed change) a project ends when the final team site has been created.
